Terms of service

Last updated 20 August 2026

The agreement between you and LocaLoca when you use the product.

Read the privacy policy

These terms are the agreement between you and LocaLoca. By creating an account or using the product you accept them. We have kept them short and readable on purpose. If something here does not work for your situation, write to hello@localoca.com before you sign up.

1. What LocaLoca does

LocaLoca is software that runs Google Business Profile work for the client locations you connect. It drafts and publishes posts, answers reviews and questions, keeps listing fields current, measures map position, and produces reports.

LocaLoca is a tool. It is not an agency, and we do not take on your obligations to your clients. The service level you promise your client is yours to keep.

2. Your account

  • You need a valid work email and you must be at least 16
  • You are responsible for what happens under your account, including what your team does
  • Keep your password to yourself and tell us straight away if you think it has leaked
  • One person per seat. Seats are not shared logins

3. Client access and your authority

You may only connect a Google Business Profile that you are authorised to manage. By connecting a location you confirm that:

  • The business owner has agreed to your management of the listing
  • You have the right to publish content, reply to reviews, and change fields on it
  • You have told the client that a software tool performs the work

If a client withdraws that permission, disconnect the location. We will act on a documented request from a business owner to remove their listing from your workspace, and we will tell you when we do.

4. What the product will and will not do on its own

  • By default, category, business name, address, and phone number changes are held for a human to approve
  • Every write is recorded in the change journal with the previous value kept
  • You can put any client into shadow mode, where nothing publishes without approval
  • You choose the approval rules. If you switch approvals off, the product publishes without asking you

You are responsible for the content that publishes under your approval rules. Read the journal. It exists for this reason.

5. Content

You keep ownership of everything you and your clients put into LocaLoca, including photos, listing copy, and your brand assets. You grant us the permission we need to store, process, and publish that content to run the service.

You must not use LocaLoca to publish content that is unlawful, misleading, or that breaks Google’s policies. Fake reviews, review gating, keyword stuffed business names, and listings for addresses the business does not occupy are all out. If we find that happening we will suspend the workspace.

6. Fees and billing

  • Plans are priced per client location under management, and are listed on the pricing page
  • Monthly plans bill monthly in advance. Annual plans bill for twelve months in advance at the price of ten
  • Locations over your plan allowance are billed at the published per location rate
  • A location counts while it sits in your workspace, including in shadow mode
  • Prices are exclusive of taxes. Where we must charge tax it is added at checkout
  • Fees already paid are not refundable, except where the law says otherwise or where we have clearly failed to deliver

We may change prices. If we do, we will give you 30 days notice by email and the change takes effect at your next renewal. Your current term is never repriced mid stream.

7. Free trial

The trial covers three client locations for fourteen days and does not need a card. At the end of the trial the workspace pauses until you pick a plan. Nothing publishes from a paused workspace, and your data stays for 90 days.

8. Cancelling

  • You can cancel at any time from billing settings
  • Cancelling stops the next charge. It does not refund the current period
  • The workspace stays readable to the end of the period, then pauses
  • You can export your data and the full change journal at any time before deletion
  • Everything the product improved on a Google listing stays on that listing

We may suspend or close an account that does not pay, that breaks section 5, or that puts the service or other customers at risk. Where we can give notice, we will.

9. Availability

We aim for a reliable service and we run on managed cloud infrastructure, but we do not promise uninterrupted availability. Some parts of LocaLoca depend on Google APIs. When Google is slow, rate limited, or changes an interface, the work may be delayed. We will tell you in the product when that happens.

Scheduled maintenance is announced in advance where we can.

10. Third party services

LocaLoca connects to Google and to a model provider to do its job. Your use of those services through LocaLoca is also subject to their terms. We are not responsible for a third party changing its rules, its pricing, or its data.

11. No guarantee of rankings

Nobody can promise a position in Google’s map results, and we do not. LocaLoca does the work that makes a good position likely and measures whether it is happening. Rankings move for reasons outside anyone’s control, including Google’s own changes and what your client’s competitors do.

Do not resell LocaLoca on a guaranteed ranking basis. That promise is yours alone if you make it.

12. White labelling

On the plans that include it, you may present reports and client facing links under your own brand. You may not present LocaLoca itself as software you built, resell access to the product as your own platform, or remove our branding from the application. Reports and client links are the white label surface.

13. Liability

To the extent the law allows:

  • LocaLoca is provided as is, without warranties we have not written down here
  • We are not liable for lost profit, lost business, lost data, or indirect loss
  • Our total liability in any twelve month period is capped at the fees you paid us in the twelve months before the claim

Nothing here limits liability for fraud, for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.

14. Indemnity

You agree to cover us for claims that come from your use of the product in breach of these terms, including a claim that you did not have the right to manage a listing you connected.

15. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. For a material change we will email the account holder at least 30 days before it takes effect. Continuing to use LocaLoca after that date means you accept the new version. If you do not, cancel and we will refund any prepaid period that has not been used.

16. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Pune, Maharashtra have exclusive jurisdiction. If you are a consumer in another country, this does not remove rights you have under your local law.
