Fairview hot water gone cold? We carry the two most common tank sizes on the truck, so most swaps finish the same day. Open Saturday morning.

The problem

Posting is the work nobody
wants to be doing at 6pm

Forty listings, two posts each, a photo per post, and the right town in every line. It is an hour a day of clicking that no client will ever thank you for, and it is the first thing a VA gets hired to do.

The calendar

See the week before it happens

Every location has a calendar with the queue filled in. Edit a draft on the cell, swap the photo, or push it a day. Nothing is buried in a settings screen.

  • Drafts sit in the cell, ready to edit
  • One approval can cover every location on a client
  • Photos are geotagged to the listing they belong to

What is included

Unlimited posts and photos on Bench and Desk. Solo covers four posts and twenty photos per location each month.

  • Written for the town

The suburb, the service, and the season the client is actually working in. Not a generic tip of the week.

  • Built from real photos

Your client sends a batch of job photos. The desk pairs each post with one and geotags it to the right location.

  • A cadence you set once

Two a week, one a week, or a burst before a season. Set it per client and stop thinking about it.

  • Drafts you can edit in place

Every scheduled post is editable on the calendar cell. No prompting, no chat window.

  • Aimed at the weak corner

When the rank grid shows a soft suburb, the next posts name that suburb.

  • Offers and hours notices

Weekend cover, holiday closures, and seasonal offers get posted before the customer needs them.

  • Batch across locations

One approval can cover every location on a client, with the town swapped per listing.

  • Nothing risky in a post

No claims about price or guarantees unless the client gave you that line.

  • Queue visible a week ahead

You and the client can both see what is going out before it goes out.

A contractor working on a roof

A photo of the job that finished on Tuesday beats a stock image every single time. The desk just makes sure it gets posted.

Frequently asked questions

Where do the photos come from?

The client or your team uploads a batch. Photos get geotagged to the right location and spread over the month instead of dumped in one day.

What if the client has no photos?

The desk still posts, using offers, hours notices, service detail, and review highlights. Real photos make it work better, so the onboarding checklist asks for them first.

How many posts per location?

Solo covers four per location each month. Bench and Desk are unlimited across your included locations.

Can I approve everything before it publishes?

Yes, per client. Approval rules are set once and the queue sits in draft until you clear it.

Do posts actually move rankings?

On their own, slowly. Paired with complete fields, fresh photos, and a healthy review rate, they hold the position you have built. That is the honest answer and it is the one your client should hear too.
