Review replies

Every review answered,
in your client's voice

Replies go out through the day while the job is still fresh. Anything that reads like a complaint stops and waits for you.

Called at 7am about a burst pipe under the kitchen sink. Marcus was here by 8:30 and had it capped in twenty minutes. Fair price, cleaned up after himself.

Draft replyReady to send

Thanks Dana. Glad Marcus caught that one early, a burst line under the sink can do a lot of damage in an hour. We keep a truck on call from 6am for exactly this. Call any time.

The problem

Review replies are the first thing
a busy week drops

They are small, they are constant, and nobody notices until the reply rate sits at forty percent and a two star review has been sitting unanswered since March. It is the cheapest work to promise and the easiest to quietly stop doing.

How it reads

Specific enough to sound like a person

The draft names what the customer actually said. The burst pipe, the early arrival, the price. That is the difference between a reply worth reading and twelve identical thank yous in a row.

  • Pulls the detail out of the review
  • Matches the length and tone you have approved before
  • Never invents a promise the client cannot keep

What is included

Reply handling is on every plan, including Solo.

  • Every review, not the easy ones

Five stars, three stars, and the one line ones. Google counts the answer rate, and so do customers reading them.

  • Your client's voice

The desk learns from the replies you approved. A roofer does not sound like a dentist.

  • Usually inside the hour

New reviews get picked up through the day, so the reply lands while the job is still fresh.

  • Angry ones come to you

Anything that reads like a complaint, a refund, or a safety issue is held and flagged before it goes out.

  • Every language the review is in

A reply comes back in the language the customer wrote in, not translated English.

  • A request link you own

Drop it in your own SMS or email flow so review velocity keeps climbing.

  • Velocity in the report

New reviews per month, average rating, and reply rate, in the client report.

  • Edit or pull a reply

Every reply is a journal line. Change the wording or remove it in one click.

  • Approval rules per client

Some clients want to read everything first. Set that once and forget it.

A shop owner standing in their own store

A customer reads the replies before they call. That is the whole reason this work was on the retainer in the first place.

Frequently asked questions

Does it reply to one star reviews on its own?

No. Anything that reads like a complaint is held and sent to you with a draft. You decide what tone that client needs.

How does it learn the voice?

From the replies you approve. The first few weeks you will edit more. After about forty approvals the drafts land close enough to send as they are.

Can the client approve replies instead of me?

Yes. Approval can sit with you, with a teammate, or with a client contact by email.

What about reviews outside Google?

Google Business Profile is what ships today. Other review sites are on the roadmap and are not included in any plan yet.

Will customers know a tool wrote it?

The reply names the job, the technician, or the detail in the review. Generic thank you replies are what look automated, and the desk does not write those.
